I am very sorry to hear about Masumi. I hope that she is found alive sometime soon, hopefully before her disappearance makes a year. I was thankful that the news media in Hawaii continued to report on any new evidence which kept her story in the minds of people in Hawaii. I'm so sorry that she came to Hawaii to enjoy living here and she disappeared under circumstances no one knows. I really hope that guy the arrested a long time ago just tells everyone what happened so she can be found.

My condolences to the Watanabe family. I have visited Japan many times and know how safe it is so this crime must be a shock to the family.
The murderer must be brought to justice.

I wish I could have met your daughter Masumi, as she sounds like such a sweet and loving soul.
As a parent I can only imagine what you must be feeling over the loss of your child, and I can only pray that you find some peace.
This should never ever have to happen to anyone, and I will keep you and your daughter Masumi in my prayers tonight.

My condolences to Hideichi and Fumiko Watanabe on the loss of your beautiful daughter, Masumi Watanabe.
No parent, especially in Hawaii, should go through what both of you are feeling at this time. Hopefully, at a later time, both of you will have the strength to share more stories about Masumi. Hawaii must never forget Masumi's story.
