To the family of Masumi Watanabe....sorry to hear what had happened to Masumi. Hopefully we all can help to find her very soon. And the person who is responsible for her disappearance shall be brought to JUSTICE! And soon there will be a closure for the family. We will keep her in our prayers!

I have been following this story since it first happened back in April in hopes that it would find a quick resolution. I cannot imagine the suffering that the Watanabe family is going through, and sincerely hope that their pains are eased as soon as possible and that an event like this never happens again.

My family sends you our deepest condolences. My son is 6 months old and Sacchio will be born Jan 08. My love grows in leaps and bounds everyday for my son, and yet to be born daughter. I cannot imagine the immensity of your love for your grown daughter. Remember her with fondness. I pray the Lord can replace the emptiness you feel with something equally joyous, and although she is not physically with you, she will always be with you in spirit. God bless you and your family.

Aloha to the birth family and host family of Masumi. I have been haunted by Masumi's disappearance, and the thought that anyone would have committed a horrible crime against her. No one deserves to go through what you must be experiencing. May the sun, winds, rainbows, and blessing rains of our island bring you solace.

To the family of Masumi, my sincere condolences. I'm the mother of 3 daughters so I can feel your pain. It doesn't seem fair when something so terrible as this happens to such a sweet girl who was just going for an innocent walk but it's a lesson for all girls to be careful...this world is not perfect and there are "monsters" amongst us. I will remember you in my prayers and will ask God for His help in finding your daughter soon.

Mr & Mrs Watanabe, our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Hawaii's good people will do everything that they possibly can to help you in this saddened time. North Shore people will all come together to help to find her. It is just so unspeakable that something like this would happen here in Hawaii and on the north shore. My daughter goes to school in Kahuku and I worry when she is alone walking home. I know I don't not know your pain and grief that you are going through but I hope you will find peace in your heart someday. Masumi came to Hawaii for a reason. Just hold her dreams in your heart and remember.
