Masumi has been in my thoughts for the last year.
She was a sweet girl who had a terrible experience. I hope everyone can learn from her experience.
May Masumi, her family and friends find peace.
Peace,
Elaine

To the Watanabe Family: The people of Hawaii will always remember Masumi and we will not rest until we find out the circumstances of her disappearance. Of course we cannot know the sorrow you feel but our hearts are heavy with sadness knowing that you miss her. We can only hope that you will have the answers to heal your pain. She wouldn't want you to be sad.

There are no easy answers to why it happened nor the right consoling words that can erase this tragedy that has taken a terrible toll on your lives. My heart goes out to Masumi, wherever she may rest, and her parents and family. God or Buddha be with her in granting her peace.

May my condolences to Miss Masumi and Watanabe family be extended from our hearts. Believe by having faith to know that our Heavenly Father God Jehovah and his son Christ Jesus are in spirit with you. In our flesh we might not know in details for what exactly took place in Masumi's untimely death but God knows. We continue to pray for her findings and it will be done.

I KNOW justice will be served; there is too much evidence for this jerk to be let loose. To the Watanabe's-don't loose hope, the people of Hawaii will put this monster behind bars!
Masumi, rest child as you are in good hands now.

My prayers are with Masumi and that she is in the right place. I hope that the court will find justice in this case and do what is right and considered the best punishment.
